Got my first ever 16 year old in the youth academy today :-)

What level do you have
Lvl 5==> 75% for 18y and 25% for 17y.
Lvl 6==> 50% for 18y and 50% for 17y
Lvl 7==> 25% for 18y and 75% for 17y
Lvl 8==> 100% for 17y.

You must have built 9 lvl or above. Congrat

Hi Don - Yeh I've currently got level 9. To get to the next level will take 69 rounds !

My youth academy need a serious work to reach your level. am building for 2.5 season now.

The least important building for me now is stadium, am losing money for not upgrading it further though.

Youth academy
lvl 10=> 57 rounds
lvl 11=> 69 rounds
go ahead and build the next level for 69 rounds its level 11 actually hurrah!!)

You should build lvl 10 too (50/50 for 16y/17y) and focus on other facilities.
I'm coming for ya :D

ah right yes - I read the table wrong - its only 57 rounds to the next level :-)

I'm currently upgrading my training centre from level 12 to 13

I am at lvl 10 academy since round 52 last season but they only gave me 17y so far, 25% possible from level 9...

Im still at level 1

I am currently at level 8.
First I am building myy training center to level 20 (is on his way)
Than I will go to the max with my youth academy.

Im almost on training 12
Then i go build youth

wow you have a great set up already.
shame i started season 6, round 55, my buildings are poor at least i've a good training center @15, i won't upgrade it for now.
I need to up my yth academy to at least a decent level, maybe lvl 10 or 11, but the duration is 3 season (3 months) over 100 days hahaha
how i which we have a new manager boost or a staff that shorten building time in the game.

Oh we started almost the same time, 13 rounds different.
I inherited a bad team that was already relegated to 3.1, we are begining to enjoy the game now, there was 24 user's in portugal those days but my league is full with active users today.
I'm not in hurry to promote i want to train at least 9 yth player's into my first team as an achievement.

Are there any goalkeepers coming from the youth academy?I'm waiting, but she always comes to other positions, the goalkeeper did not come even once ..

I've had 1 but was no good at learning.

The 16 year old i mentioned when I started this post is a goalkeeper. He's got great learning and potential so I'm keeping him and training him

Am getting 3.0 learning players but so far am happy with there talents/learning.

From my experience, you can easily get a 3 star learning player to 50+ rating before 30 yrs if you train him properly. When you want the player to go far beyond that is when learning actually starts to matter.

Before 30yrs is forever :D mine should reach 50 rating from (18y-22y) between 3 to 4 season.

You can if you ignore non-key attributes totally but they are not going to be anywhere near good players if you just train to improve rating
