since i heard fixing a loan is allowed, i'm looking for another 2 newbie team to loan players to each other. (since there's no way any decent team would want to sign our players).

the loaning rule is very simple (and can be changed as per agreement of users involved).
- basically it involves 3 users. user A will loan a player to uses B, B to C, and then C to A.
- loaned players don't have to be played. this is just a way for our subpar players to gain experience. (as stated in the tutorial : https://www.f4football.com/tutorial/advanced/players/players_on_loan )
- personally, i would limit the loan for only one players. since we have a loan limit of 2. just in case if anyone interested is also looking for another loan with the purpose of boosting their team.

i cannot think of anything else at the moment. so that's basically it. please reply if you're interested :)

Devs should limit XP impact
Giving a small portion of free XP to low XP players every season would be appreciated
It would be nice to half the XP impact through calculating each player's XP as XP /2 +50

Probably I ll have to go to a loan exchange system as well next season...

I guess we can sort out exact groups of three in the new year. Maybe the best thing is just to ask anyone willing to join to leave a reply here. Once there's a complete list, we can see if they factor by 3. If not, we can approach one or two new managers privately to see if they'll join.

And, @Tegimus, it would make it a lot easier for newcomers to loan out players who need experience but can't add immediate value to anyone if you lifted the one loan transaction per team rule.

That would be opening more doors for cheaters, some of us know how many transfers we report to tegimus every season. These rules were brought to try and reduce such issues without making a big problem for genuine users. Yes it won't stop cheaters completely but if someone is forced to open more accounts to do cheating then it is easier to track and get rid of them than having just one second account for cheating.

Maybe there should be a "nominal loan", where you can loan a player to a hypothetical team in order to get the XPs. That wouldn't help any cheater, it would just take the loanee out of the game for the year.

This initiative is also a good way to do it bypassing the rule in a transparent way. But the best way to develop players (in my personal opinion) is to train them in the inital 3-4 years until they reach 30-40 xp playing them in custom matches only. By that time they will have an appeal in the loan market which will help them to have teams want them on loan, then send them on loan for the next couple or so seasons until you feel they will fit into your first team.

I did it with 3 players - Paolo Henly, Dmitri de la Cruz and Will Williamson. Paolo was in my team from start so it took me a while to develop him since I had less xp players and low level training centre/coaches to start with. Still he will be 50 rated/50+xp next season (26 yrs old). The other two are way ahead and will be star players for any top team by the time they get 24/25 yrs old. So it is definitely possible. Do this in batches of 2/3 players and you will have 75% of your youth team coming from your academy (or young age purchases). The rest 25% you have to buy from the market to complete the first team.

as long as each team involved can get their players loaned. this agreement has served it's purpose i believe. so if such case were to happen, there is no need to out bid .
i did not think about this in advance, lol. it was originally meant for newbies to help each other. turns out half of the team involved is from top divisions, who knew :D
