but i don't see this money (1,626,829) in "money income", in the "finances tab" and "journal tab"

Yes, it is normal. You won't receive anything.

"Please also note that to prevent abuse of the loan system, the signing fee for loaning a player DOES NOT go the player's own club. So the only benefit that a player going out on loan is the experience gains they can get from the matches played by their OWN team (since players on loan will continue to gain experience based on matches played by their own team, see Facilities > Player Training section for more details)."
