Whats the purpose of this marius.

I understand now but its quite obvious that non of the competitive managers want to over thrown zidane.
Zidane team has a poor yth/training facilities, i can guess that because we have the same situation in portugal, and every season we are getting close to catch up or surpass indo porto.

For the past two seasons Zidane has not been as succesful in gaining silverware, but he is still there on top.

I believe he won't challenge anyone that raises up the top 1 challenge.
He last won a trophy season 16.

If you look at the average rating Russia and Portugal are almost the same.
I don't have much insight on the other leagues, so I wouldn't know their trend, but as far as Spain is concerned, there are some new teams growing and capable of stealing points from the usual top ones.
I believe that in 3-4 seasons Spain D1.1 will become a very difficult league to predict.

Except indo porto 2nd-4th don't make it in CL Group stage.

Russia's teams are allways in 8 best in Champions, Portugal's INDO was 2x winner..i do not see any Spain team win sth. Truth is that is growing but stil needs more than just 3-4 seasons...i would say that next 7-9 seasons is easy to predict winners of the league and cup ;)

If you are talking about continental competitions, yes. I was thinking about the Spanish competitions.
I agree that Spanish teams need to do much better in CC and SC, but it will take some time to get there, probably even more than the 7-9 seasons you talked about.

You'd be mistaken.
Yes spain has most of their top managers started s1-s4, same with russia top managers started s1.
But here @chika started few season ago and he beat @marius team 3-0.
Not to talk about h2h matches, to emphancize mostly on team development portugese newer teams like Cr7, great stars, pegeos etc are getting stronger each season, including myself if i had focus on squad development over the years i would beat every spain sides. but i've focus mainly on infrastructure yet those russia,spain,france find it hard to defeat us despite the gap of f4 head start.

I hope he will not be the only one. I see better opponents as opportunities to develop my club even more.

Few has good young squad development.

Full 16 teams leagues, don't know the average xp but it will grow season by season.
I don't think that team that came is a good thing, it further set your catch up plan far back.
I would quit this game in 4 teams like indo porto join my league and set me far far back to catch up.

I am a patient man. I am not scared of teams that choose the veterans approach. My time will come.
