Hello all F4Football Fans! Today, we are proud to announce the start of the US Divisions Network, or USDN for short. We hope to provide all of you with all the exciting, up-to-date news coverage and analysis of the US divisions. Primarily, we will cover Division 1 and the National Trophy, but we also will aim to cover both the lower divisions as well as US teams' performances in international competitions as well. We want to thank both GSN and ISNN for inspiring the launch of USDN, and hope that we can collaborate to create the best, most objective, coverage possible.

Feel free to reach out to our team if you have a story you would like us to cover. We hope you enjoy!

S27 US National Trophy: The Quarterfinals Await

As of the time of writing, only eight teams remain in the running to claim this season's National Trophy. In the Round of 16 (Round 7), matches largely went the way of the favorites. From Division 2.1, the recent Spanish transfer club, Inter Miami, looked to cause an upset against a lower rated Division 1 team, Wonder Peppers. WPFC, however, managed to prevent an early exit, dumping out Inter Miami in the process. Three teams from Division 2.2, namely Orion Exploders, Singh FC, and Sporting Club were all handily dispatched by their Division 1 counterparts, despite all being in the top four places in their league. Even the gulf in quality and rating between the top and bottom halves of the First Division was on display, as Texas FC and Mid-Cities SC, two established top-flight clubs, eliminated Manchester City and Giant Hawks, respectively. Despite all this, one underdog story continues. Magnificent Frigatebirds FC (MFFC) from Division 2.4, struck in only the second minute to put themselves ahead of Orion Athletes, a mid-table team in the top-flight. This came from their talisman and top-scorer, Ricoriki "Rico-Mac" McCarthy. MFFC kept higher possession than their higher-rated counterparts, only let in one shot on target, and kept up a high intensity to see out the game 1-0. In the quarterfinals, therefore, manager Sam Lynch and MFFC are the only club remaining from all of Division 2 left in the competition. Now, Magnificent Frigatebirds FC finds themselves rewarded drawn against Texas FC. This is no doubt a huge game for the club only founded in Season 23, and having been taken over by Lynch halfway through last season. Adding onto the pressure is the fact that MFFC have yet to lose or draw in any competition this season, going 20 for 20 in competitive fixtures. The other matches are current league leaders Black Dragons welcoming 6th place Baltic Lynx, high-flying FC Nike in 3rd place versus Mid-Cities SC in 5th, and recently promoted Wonder Peppers against 3-time Division 1 champions in First Boxers. All of these matches are sure to excite, so be sure to tune in on 30 June, 10PM EDT. Best of luck to the eight remaining teams.
