As a new manager to the game I wanted to do a little blog of my experience so far.

Expectations:
Well coming into this game I thought it would be something I would play for a week and get bored, like most other games and it takes a lot to grip my attention just ask the missus.
I am super impressed thou and fully enjoying the game, i log in about 10 times a day to check all the scores/transfers/chats etc. The community here is amazing and been very helpful.
I really enjoy the starting with nothing approach and building an amazing team and im hooked.

The season so far:
*The first thing I built was my stadium raising the Kassam to 5000 for the yellow army to watch the games and bring in some much needed income.
*I was torn between training and youth facilities next but I have some very nice youngsters and went with the training centre first as it was needed and I also signed 4 coaches to help me get the best from, not only the youngsters but the older players also.
*The youth academy soon followed but with the cost to build to level 2 I will have to wait till the end of the season before I can really push the youth side of things
*My league and cup form has seen it’s ups and downs but we currently lay in 2nd position, 1 point behind 1st place and a good 13 points clear of 3rd. We have our first semi final to look forward to in the league cup and this is our best chance of silverware this season as we have beaten all the teams left in the competition.

Transfers out:
*Sam Hutton sold for a club record fee 110m
*Saif Shields, Zarraga Romero, Naseer Bush and Fasiel O’Brien all released to bring in and extra 37m

Transfers In:
*Ghanim Naser GK 28 years old 50 RTG 62m
* Brocky Statham CF 29 years old 51 RTG 67m
* Osvaldo Holden CB 24 years old 50 RTG 78m

So my transfers where made because we was leaking goals against clubs with managers. Naser has been okay to say the least and has his moments of making mistakes, luckily when we are winning. 3/5 star rating.
Holden not been with us long but he’s here to support our very young defence and add his experience to the team. 2/5 star rating (but early days)
Brocky aka Jason Stathams younger brother has been finding the back of the net on many occasions and provides an outlet that we didn’t have the fox in the box.

Goals:
*Keep pushing and win some silverware in my first season.
*Keep building up my training and youth academy.
*Avoid the taxman. :)

I hope you enjoy my blog I hope to do more in the future maybe one at the end of the season.
