My best player, Gasper Perez, 39yo, RTG 62,3 and 69 XP, inform me that he will retire at the end of the season :(
I was expecting that and already bought a future replacement altough he's not quite ready.

My youth team at the end of the previous season gives me a CF, not very good, and about at r.45 of this season gives me a WM, this time with a good pot/learning.

To be able to play againts my mates in Italian Serie A i took in by loan 2 strong players who will play on starting 11

Also with the remaining funds I took on teamless market one young GK with solid pot/lea (this was an occasion more than a necessity) and one AM, younger and stronger than mine, and release the previous substitute GK and other useless players that I can't sell.

In my official matches I tried to put always my best team, with some orders to let play some youngster only when the score is at least +2

I exchanged all my coaches, in search of monoskill but with higher value in Tactic and Fitness

At the end I improved all statistics so I can be satisfied with my choice

Training:
In r.59, my best trainee was Ameer Usman, that got up by 45 pts, from a rtg of 20.98 to a rtg of 27.05.
All my trainee, Kocsis, Upson (the new GK), Argila and Usman got up by at least 41 pts, so I can be satisfied.
Shawcross in few rounds he got up by 14 pts, next season he will greatly improve

Objective and Results
Objective: don't be relegated from Serie A!

Results
10th in Serie A, safe without play-off (2 p.ts ahead) with a record of 9W, 5D, 16L, 42 GS and 81 GA.
In League CUP and National Trophy not so good, but I wasn't expecting much.

This season in overall was more than good for me, I had one of the less average RTG value of the division, but still manage to won against many opponents
Sadly my top player will retire at the end of the season so the next one appear to be more difficult than this one.

Next season
Again our objective will be to don't be relegated from SerieA.
Surely this task will be more difficult than this season but will try to conquer it!

Regarding facilities, probably next season we will concentrate on improving Training Centre and maybe one level of Youth Academy. We will decide during the season if we need a Stadium upgrade.
