Loads of potential but I have a 5/5 player two years older than him and I need the money badly so being sold at 50m, less than 10m above the minimum!

MY 98 Scout is saying 4 Potential not 4,5 though

I don't doubt you but when my scout was 99 (96 now so I haven't dared to scout again), I scouted him 10+ times a few months ago. He came out as 4.5 potential 90% of the time. I can attach a screenshot of the report here too if it helps
