his exp is too low because i actually doubt myself (regretting it now). but i kept him around, trying to see how far i can push him.

otherwise he'd at least have 70+ exp at 25 like the reset of my team.

Actually a 1 star learning player trains at half speed that of a 5 star learning player. So a 3 star must be midway which is 75% speed, that's not bad at all. It just means a 3 star will reach the same rating in 10 season that a 5 star one will reach in 7.5 seasons given both have same potential. Must be slightly slower due to age but still dont think it will be bad as many people think.

Infact, Xp is the real big deal in developing players. Playing time determines how much a player will improve and how fast

Yep But i won't promote a 5/3 Wb that would make 7Wb's on my team and 6 are Mine 1 on Loan. And I already have 2 on developement and 1 that is entering his Best Years(is 26 Y.O) Then 1 on Loan for key matches and 2 filllers. The other 5/3 Doesn't fit would be promotion and sell idk if its convenient.

Also the Wb of 5/3 is only 14rtg 10 exp.

I am sure that there is some kind of balancing, but I dont think it works like that. From what tegimus said before it somewhat only limits the 5/5s (may be 4.5/4.5s ?) and 3/1s (or too low ones) in any given span of seasons. So you will get a really good one once in a few seasons for sure.

Hoping that. Need a good one, Hope right positon and not a WM i don't use.

Two wasters this season - 3.5 and 4 star potential, 1 and 1.5 learning.

Luckily one of them had decent starting stats so banked the $26m and will move on.....

In season 22 I promoted a 16 yo WB with 4.5/4.5. Last season's youths were terrible, so promoted a 3.5/2.5 just to make use of the free promotion, would be using him just as a squad filler.

But I need at least a 5 star in either potential or learning to classify as a gem, so can safely say I haven't got one in 5 or 6 seasons ;)
