Scout 98 is shit, dunno the reason poor scouts are even allow in this game when their judging is not accurate.
My new 98 scout judged that player as:
5 pot =95
4.5 learning
3 flair
5/5 foots.
2nd attempt:
5 pot =95
4.0 learning
3 flair
5/4.5 foots.
I've prepared a sack letter 2 hour after signing a scout 98.

Less than 1 minute and we will Maybe became Virtually champions(4 pts of Advantage With only 1 match left)
