The rule is to either start the bids on the assigned players or to make sure there was already a bid by someone else on your assigned players.
Once you are sure of their loans bids for the season, you can walk away. Sometimes it happens.
Eg @ello got the best striker here with very high wage, but he doesn't need to worry because someone else will take him even before he looks lol.
But theres no cause for alarm, the loan club makes sure even a raw players get xp with the collective help of our respective members of the loan club.

I totally forgot the s20 update, i though my players were highly rated lol, but my risk has proven to be bad.

Sorry can't use the chat now.
But f4 loan rule/restriction state that: two managers cannot loan players between themselve and you can only loan one player from a club per season.
Thats what this thread stand for, to arrange loans and bypass the restriction.

1. Are there any restrictions on players (age, rating, experience, etc.)?
2. Is it necessary to participate in matches by the player you rent?
3. Does your player gain experience if he does not play matches on loan?

1. depends on the host. this was originally meant for new teams, but the participants are mostly experienced managers, so higher valued players should be fine. just make sure to give a warning if you want to enlist a highly valued player.

2. the requirements is that every participant need to have hired atleast a 90 rated physio. and no, the loaned players do not need to be played.

3. yes, they will gain experience despite being played or not. the exp gain is calculated separately. the players only need to stay at each allocated team at least until the registration for the next loan agreement is open. (usually at round 50).

just leave it, the goal of the loan is to get players out no matter the rating.
if you feel bad, just hang around in the thread for a while. to ensure everyone signed up has loaned out theirs too.
