No age limits, but you should loan out young players that do not have a place on your starting 11 so they can gain experience (normally 4/5 XP per season) no matter whether they play or not in the team that loan in your player

At round 60, it will be clear who you should loan, players will be assigned to who ever posted a link on this thread, you can simply start a bid on the player assigned to you or make sure someone else has.
If you post 2 (two) links, it means your 2 loan slots belong to us, 2 players will be assigned to you to loan.
If you post 1 link, it means we can always assign 1 player to you.
But note we can always help each other in this group to achieve our loan aim.

Are there rules on the amount of games you need to give the loan players? Or do they benefit from XP gains even if they don’t play much? I’m keen to get involved but not done much in the loan market before and don’t know how loan games impact XP
