Hi!
How can i hire a scout?
And:
it does not give me the option to choose training. The only option is " auto-set training". How can i change it?

Goto Squad >> Staff from menu. Click on "Hire New Staff" and look for someone with high value in "Judging Players" attribute. And when you offer him a contract, select role as "scout" (but dont worry if you did it wrong, you can change role after hiring him too).

In the training page, click on any of the player's attribute values to make it the trained attribute. That column will turn yellow and a confirmation message will also display. In that page, all columns in yellow are the attributes currently being trained for each player.
