107 XP over the squad for me with a couple of games to go, but that's where my optimism ends in the comparison to your numbers

My loaners got +7 but otherwise no trainee got more than 6 apart from a couple that used permanently in the 1st team who got 7 & 9 respectively.

I have 8 trainees excluding the 2 who are effectively 1st teamers and the 2 loaners so the XP gets spread around but they aren't optimised

120 XP total gain. Best Gains:

Harrison Morris, 12 XP .
Mert Seyfettin , 11 XP .

104 xp gained:

loaned players: +7 and +6

higher increase: +10 (31 to 41)

HITMEN FC XP GAINS - 112 XP across 22 players - 4 players with +10, 1 player at +11

109xp total gained for my team across 20 players.

Biggest gainer was my young WM who has played most games and returned +13.
Two loanees both saw an increase of +6

I had a few other players I was focusing on who gained +9 and +10.

Pleased with the gains overall but still work to be done!

106 xp gains. I’m quite pleased though many of my players gained 6 instead of the goal 7.

Andre, you need to have a high average xp for your overall squad in friendlies. Friendlies only is enough to get decent gains, giving them a few minutes in regular matches when possible helps too but you can do well even without it if your friendlies squad has high average xp.

I target atleast +0.2xp per match for all the players i focus. That's already +6 from 30 friendlies only. Then if you can give them a few minutes in regular matches too, you can achieve my gains easily. The only thing that matters is have really high xp players in your team to play alongside them to keep average xp high

+100xp across the the squad, not including the GK I just sold too. +9 was the highest achieved with the two loanees getting +6 each.

Will be a big push for xp next season with more of a development team playing the majority of games which will hopefully work well for the future

Very weak here, 94. My striker won 11. Next season I will prioritize training.

trying to get full flair squad is really hurting me, lol.

@Fathima I should be gaining more than that with that Avarage range?
•Looking to my squad i think I have 5 player in around 30 to 40 Exp, then 2 of those were on loan.The rest were highly experienced in their 60s to 70s

102 exp gained

115 XP gain this season. I'm very happy, especially since all my main players reached acceptable XP values and now new players are gaining XP a lot faster.
