As it stands, I just make it into the round of 16 with many looking over my shoulders so i might be out of it after the next gameweek.

My suggestion: Why not make it 32 teams in the first round, so almost everyone gets a chance?

Yes we can do that,..I have allways started with a round of 16.
As it's getting enough game weeks in
I like matches to be played where there are no double games in that gameweek.
This can happen a fair bit if teams get postponed matches due to bad weather.
Ok we go..32 teams...in the 1st round...see how it goes

What about the format? Is it knockouts every round. In that case it will only be 5 rounds.
Since we have 26 weeks starting from gw13 in FPL, can we try to make this competition a bit longer? like having group stages with groups of 4 etc.?

Sorry fathima, . It will be knockout, but not every game week, as I said game weeks will be played when each premier team has one game that game week.
And our matches will be played each premier league 10 match week, this is because there can be re plays, and it gives time for managers to do transfers..
Also as I said if premier teams get bad weather or fixture problems, then this means some teams will be playing twice in one game week. This will be unfair
So it's a straight premier league game week.. 10 match game week.
Look at game week 18 there are only 9 matches.. So there will be no planned matches that week.

It's fine for me. That was just a suggestion. Your call is final 😁

This will make it fair as I shall have no input in the draw.
