This is the thread regarding the "loan club", meaning people who participate and organize fixed exchanges of players on loan to maximize the XP gain (you choose which of your players go out in loan and take the same amount of players assigned to you by the organizer).
Feel free to participate next season if you feel like it, but everyone here have already organized the loan exchanges during pre-season

No. It's just that no one here will be able to take your players. You have to find someone who's not in loan club, and so still has open loan-in slots.
