Wow that's a small amount to make a fuss about. Less than a mio. And it is even the same for everyone involved, so the net amount could be zero. Damn a stupid rule - who in their right mind made that.

Well,iIt's not a question of money, but simply of seriousness. If you participate in a "loan club", enjoying clear benefits, you commit to keep the players on loan at least for the entire championship (which ends in round 50). It's not a difficult rule to accept or understand. And it makes quite a lot of sense. Why return a player before? This is a choice that makes no sense at all

Doesn’t make any sense what you are writing. What does that has to do with the championship? Most players suck and you only have them on your team because you need xp for your own players. So it makes good sense to release them when you can . If you are lucky to get a player you actually can use theb you can pay the wages and keep them until season end.

I repeat, you are missing the point of the Loan Club. You accept the rules, you take 1-2 players NOT because you need them BUT because others take your two players. And you don't even have to let those two players play, because they get the experience anyway. But you accept the rules for the benefit of being sure that 2 of your players get experience. And it's a great benefit, for a small effort. This is the reason why the Loan Club was born!!!

I'll add one thing, then I'll finish: no one is forced to participate in the loan club ;)

I'm missing the point? Haha. You haven't given me one reason for why this rule exists other than "just accept the rules". Great argument. I repeat, the rule makes no sense at all

So, you are arguing that the only reason for the loan club is to give your players xp. According to the advanced tutorial, they do so even if returned early
"Even if the player returns from loan, he will continue to gain experience the same way as if he was still at his loaned club until the end of the season."

It's a small amount, but it's something. It's a small amount to send a player back over, too. You asked what the purpose of it was, and someone gave you one. You may think it's stupid, other people don't, so the rule will remain in place.

It's probably true, there's no counter-evidence.
But you missed the main motivation: fairness.
Respecting a rule is a matter of fairness.
Also, loan club has very few rules. Keeping the player until round 50 is one of them. And there is no reason to return a player early.

If someone does not agree, they can easily not participate.

So, the only reason to have this rule is to have a rule people can respect. Get it. I guess you guys work in the public administration.

I'm simply a citizen who doesn't appreciate anarchist people who don't care about the rules. ;)

And the rules are even more important in private companies.
You try not to respect the rules in your company, you will easily get fired or fined ;)

Do you live in North Korea or Russia. Never heard of rules in companies. Some companies might have dresscodes. Otherwise there is a contract and then companies have written or unwritten codex in how to represent the company which more or less follows the norms in society. Like no Sexual harassment. But crazy to compare that with a rule which has no purpose at all.

The rules, if they exist, are respected. There are no alternatives. Does it make sense to drive at 90 km/h? For me, maybe not. But that doesn't mean I shouldn't exceed that speed. Are there no rules in companies? Cool.... So if you have to come in at 8 and you come in at 10 or you don't even come in... nothing will happen to you? I also want to come to work where you work.... it's heaven. Does it make sense to force you to start at 8? For me, no.... I want to sleep and start at 12. Because that's what I decided. I want to try it tomorrow at my job and see what happens.... lol
This discussion is more and more fun.

Where I live you can both criticize and respect rules at the same time. There is a democracy. You can suggest repealing existing rules or suggest new rules. The majority in parliament then decides if a rule/law should be repealed or not. Difficult to see a majority defend a rule which has no purpose. But if you suggest there is no speed limit on roads you would be voted down with 100%.

Working time is very flexible if you are a white collar. If you have no meetings you can start at 12 if you want to. But then you get home at 20 which is not so cool. Because the contract says you have to work x amount of hours a week. Thats not a rule but just part of your contract.
