Play Your WB imran Jorge and Use the more flexibiliy WB as a DM(Example: Jorge Dm, and Your Wb's as a same, or maybe Ford or maybe Pasarin, etc.

Dont know how my AM will perform as a DM in big match.

Use your Wing back pasarin as DM, cause he is 4.5 flexiblility, And Imran Jorge as Wing Back, then Your AM use him as AM
