The 16yo with 3 learn is still worth promoting, I have seen since the most recent changes that players still increase significantly even with 3 learning

perhaps with 5 potential......

furthermore, if he doesn't change the "experience" factor (which is more important than skills) it's not important to train them for 16 years if they can't play.
In fact, only the market of old players has exploded, with so much experience and ridiculous skills.

@tegimus please explain this 3 quality youths at the same time, is it a bug... Ever since that change i've gotten 3x4 bad youths and its seems am the only one affected.

Hi! I was just wondering if there would be any plan in future to update group matching in champions c and sc, so teams from same leagues don’t get paired in the same group. Happened to me 2 seasons in a row, to all pt teams this season and group H of sc are 3 spain teams together as well

We are soon going to have 2 teams each from 16 countries in the international cups. This won't happen that often after that :D

Agree Fathima but maybe next season I'll get all 3 at 5.0/5.0 :-)

I've waited for scout with 99 skill since pre season and only manage to sign the only one with skill of 98, its a shame that someone have to pay 150% of two players promotion fee without accurately judging the exact hidden skills of the yth pulls before paying the promotion fee. (@tegimus the 99 scout should be made available always, after all they lose skills every season.)

A couple of days back you were saying you'd had 3x4 bad pulls in a row!!

I wouldn't have promoted the 4/4 myself but the other two are good pulls....

Since the change in yth generation yes its been frustrating but during that period i got wm 5.0/4 and wb 4/4 in as many pulls. I sold them all untill this season double 4.5/4.5 is great and the 4.0/4.0 AM is good pull because of his position but $93m value made me to promote him for free first.
Overall if 99 scout confirm their true talents as it is, then it means i will sell two of them, with litle profit.
(My squad is full i don't need young stars for now that's where f4 got it all wrong) i don't pray for 5/5, am relaxed.

Please someone should scout my three 16y recent pulls.

My scout is only 97.
By the way your problem is not as big as you are making it to be. Your 98 scout could be 98.99 and a 99 scout could be 99.00, accuracy is all in our minds ;) Unless the players are very close to the cutoffs, the 1% error isn't a big deal. And the error % is maximum error possible does not means his reports will always have that much error, a 97 scout can still give a 99.99% accurate report

Why am worried to know my exact player talent is that in gk position, i've bought a pot 5/4 learning last season, before i got a new yth gk 4.5/4.5 my mind is divided on who to keep as my future first choice gk, what if the 16y 4.5/4.5 gk is actually pot 4.0 or 4.0 learning i will regret it forever.

Two youths from different countries were available in the academy this season. When I changed "Random Nationality" option to "Slovakia" in the preferred nationality settings the flags of both players changed.
But neither had a Slovak flag, one new flag of Slovenia appeared. The Slovenian flag may be a little bug (Slovakia and Slovenia are frequently confused) or it's just a coincidence and I can expect player from Slovakia only next season after preferred nation is always set.
