The penalty for AM to CF and vice versa is around 20% at lowest flexibility and 5% at maximum flexibility.

Why wf's don't get penalty as AMLR and get penalties as FCRL.

But WFs can play at CF with no penalty if flexibility is 5 star as confirmed by Tegimus before. So I assume the penalty is low anyways

Who is worth training to become first choice GK.
18y 5.0 pot/ 4.0 learning.
16y 4.5 pot/ 4.5 learning.
Its hard for me to decide on both.

Of course the 16 yr old. He is 2 yrs younger and has higher learning, so will reach the top faster and stay there for longer. The 18 yr old might reach a higher rating but slower, so he plays at that rating for fewer seasons before his atts start to drop

Yeah but it depends what you prefer - a player who will reach 80s rating at the age of 23/24 or a player who can reach 90s at 27/28.

0.5 learning has this much of a difference.

The second, of course. Specially because it can be like 71-89 (or 79-80, in which case it is debatable which is better)

Thanks @icebox i will give it a second thought and resume with the 18y gk and sell the 16y gk.

It's not just the 0.5 learning. The 18 yr old is 2 yrs older, has less xp than the 16 yr old. And the 16 yr old will already be a better player than the other one by the time he is 18. The problem here is that he has lower potential so he will reach his cap at a younger age and will stay there, while the other one will reach his cap slower but the cap will be higher.

@fathima look at @chika fujiwara gk in portugal.
The gk only needs his handling/reflex very high the rest at least 60, which i think the 18y will achieve.
