- Nationality problem
Too many nations, among my 19 team members only 2 come from the same nation. Not realistic at all.
Suggestion: Top 30 teams in FIFA official ranking should deliver 33,3 % of all new players generated by the system. Accordingly could a routine "correct" the nationality of existing free agents.
- Naming problem:
Suggestion: A database consisting of 150 names and 150 surnames for the following regions:
East Asia, Indian sub-continent, West Asia, East Europe, West Europe, North Africa, South Africa, Latin America.
That makes 1200 names and 1200 surnames that system randomly assign to new players from each region based on the country each player come from. These names can also easily be picked from the official FIFA site.
US and Australia were colonies conquered by the savage tribes when they massacred the indigenous population. So, ... Western European names would apply to them. I suggest also that we take Israel out of all competition, a virtual boycott so to say.

Just a thought, it might be cool to do more with the commentary in terms of substitutions, especially as they relate to a players age, rating, or how they are doing in a match. Even like getting a standing ovation as they leave the pitch, something of that nature would be neat.

I am begging for something to be done about new players who join late in the season being assigned to teams that are already on their way to being relegated down to Division 3. It keeps happening. They're not going to stay, and not going to come back. They heard about the game, gave it a try, and we lost them. Nobody's going to give the game a chance if the game doesn't give them one.
Look at France 2.2. Look at the team they were just assigned. That is a failure, to everyone.

Would it be possible to a) have a list in rankings for largest stadiums and b) have a tab on each club's page about their stadium, capacity, etc? Just a small detail that I think would go a long way for realism

Players can choose the country where they want to play. Moreover, a ready-made team can be transferred to another country. As far as I understand, even from the first division. But few people use it. So it suits everyone.
It also makes no sense to leave the management teams in the leagues despite the low place. If the player could not show the result of the game better than the bots, then it is worth practicing at a lower level.

On the "My League" page, I think it would be nice to have a tab for transfers, which shows only the transfers made by teams in that particular division. I'd like it to be easier to find what transfers my rivals are making.

The transfer market should have a deadline time, you bid till the last second and the high bid wins.
How is it now is not fair, some players are sold close to 1billion and others players same talent and progress sold for 100-300 millions ...
uLtRaSpYnAlL
Looks fair that one gets 1billion and other's 100-300 million's. Doesn't have a deadline now , you bid till the last coin. For me looks more fair too have a deadline.
Loko Rodrigues
In 7 hours you have enough time to sleep and wake up to make another move. I don't see how this can be fairer. In other managers there isn't even time to go take a piss
Bavvi
No one is getting 1 billion, so you are over exaggerating. There's one player on the transfer market now with a bid of 730M, but he's a 16 y.o. CF with 5 learning and 5 potential, so obviously he is going to be very expensive. It seems very unlikely to me that another 5/5 CF was sold for only 100M in the past couple of seasons.

I agree with Bavvi and Loko about the deadline timer and I lost a bunch of players because of this, but honestly it's quite fair

Would it be possible to add some stats for the goalies. I would love it if the goalie stats would show SOT (shots on target) & Saves.

As suggested here before, It would make more sense giving new players spots in clubs fighting for promotion in the respective divisions, especially in countries with fewer teams.
Loko Rodrigues
True. Newcomers who entered Brazil were welcomed with a demotion. Maybe it helps to structure things, but I think it helps to get discouraged.
