I really hate this now it's becoming a normal, I don't understand why someone join then fail to take a player.

If this continues I might as well give up on loan Club and someone else took over.Every season same story, now I'm getting tired of it.

Thanks @HoudeRat and I apologize to DarthCloud for the delay,I was kind of busy I only got the chance now to check how loan Club is doing,to find out that its only DarthCloud player who was still not Loan Out.

No.
It's been 3 days now since,he sign in.

@DarthCloud said he did remind him to make his loan player available for Loan.But DarthCloud was kind of busy so, he end making his player available for loan at late stage,by that time the manager who suppose to sign his player was nowhere for almost 2 days.

he signed in 6 hrs ago if I am looking at correct manager but no explanation posted.

As I didn't ask permission i can't post the conversation, I'll try to summarize the facts.

Raicu wrote to me April 26th @8AM CEST to put my player on loan
I logged in same day @3PM CEST and put him on loan

Uchiha asked here April 28th @02:28AM CEST to help me loan out my player amd HoudeRat put a bid

Raicu logged next April 29th saying he was sorry but he couldn't log in game till that time

Failed to complete the agreed loan by the deadline so I am presuming a ban will apply.
Uchiha does a brilliant job and we should not allow managers not completing their allocated loans to jeopardise him organising the club.
