I know the Board step in to not allow you to increase bids on staff and loan players where you have been outbid and they don't think you have enough money, but do they do the same for player transfers?

Is the answer different if you are bidding on a player beyond the players game-calculated value?

Only asking because I'm waiting on a great player/trainee hitting the transfer list and will be happy to pay well over the value of the player to get them even if it uses all the cash I have available, but it's just dawned on me that my Board may not allow it if/when the player magically becomes available......

The board restrictions on player transfers are based completely on the "available balance" in your bank. "Available balance" is your total bank balance minus any funds blocked (due to transfer bids, facility upgrades etc.)

Buying a player:
100% of your available balance can be used to place a bid on a player listed for sale.

Loaning a player:
10% of your available balance can be used to place a bid on a player listed for loan. However, you can always bid the minimum signing fee for the player regardless of this restriction.

Offering contract to staff:
1/1440 of your available balance can be used to offer wages for a staff. However, you can always bid the minimum wages requested by the staff or $25,000 per week whichever is higher, regardless of this restriction.
1/1440 = 1/4 (25% of available balance) / 60 rounds / 6 staff

We have plans to introduce staff wage budgets and loan transfer budgets in the future, and these restrictions might be based on those budgets when that is implemented.

I try to scout a player and i can't, is saying that "you share the same network and you can't scout this player".....
This is not possible,I don't share with nobody my network and I have only 1 account!!!!!

Morning everyone. I'm new to the game & enjoying it so far. I thought to start off with, I would keep things simple so chose the 4-4-2 formation with attacking wingers. As yet tho, I've had no reason to change it either home or away. We've played 11 won 10 & drawing once & are currently unbeaten. This is obviously good, but just seems abit surprising considering I'm new, & my tactics are very simple? Is anyone else finding the same??

You've only played two human-managed teams - 1 played an understrength team and 1 played on easy intensity. I haven't gone through your games against computer managed teams but as you're rated higher than them all and they rarely pick their strongest lineups I'd wager you simply outclassed them.

I reckon it's your relative rating/intensity to your opposition that has got you your results rather than your tactics - not that there's anything wrong with playing 4-4-2 mind you and you can only beat who is put in front of you and you're certainly doing that. Make hay while you can I say.....

The restrictions regarding IP addresses are in place for obvious reasons - as an anti-cheating measure. It is not practical to manually check all transfer activities of users, so we have to put automated checks like this in place.

Having said that, many internet providers share IP pools, and although it's not very frequent, an IP address allocated to someone previously can be re-allocated to you. We have to manually modify IP records of both users when that happens, to enable them to involve in transfer activities with each other again. And removing the check altogether is not a solution, so we rectify such issues manually when there are genuine cases.

So, as somebody mentioned already, please create a support ticket mentioning the other team or player you had this problem with, and we will help you out on this.

Is experience gained at a faster rate if you have a better level of training or is it only based on the other players and level of match you are playing?

Xp gains depend only on the squad average xp of your own team in friendly matches and average xp of both teams in regular matches. Level of match affects indirectly in regular matches because when you play better teams, their xp is likely to be higher. And players with lower xp gain more xp per match than those with higher xp, so a balance of high xp players (to increase average xp) and low xp players (to maximize gains on) is optimal.
