Thanks Tegimus - I think the advanced tutorial could do with some updating on the prize money - I think it pre-dated the Challenge Trophy existing.

Interesting that there's no increase in importance between Div 1 and Div 2, but pleased to hear all Div 1's are the same in terms of importance.

Just curious of what the criteria are for the Global player awards ?

I have a CB with a rating of 90.25, experience of 87 and he has ratings of at least 92 in all 5 of the key skills for a CB. The player that won best defender in the world has a rating of 44, experience of 50 and has no key skill higher than 48.

And I think there is a minimum number of matches played too to qualify

Normally defenders of strong teams don't get high match ratings as they don't have much to do.

Youth Player Nationality

In your Youth Players page (Transfer >> Youth Players), there is an option to select the Preferred Nationality of youth players generated. One player coming from your academy every season will be always of that selected nationality, and the rest (if you get multiple players) will be of random Nationality.

I was just worried that if you choose a specific nationality, it will be more difficult to get a player with a 20+ rating right away.

Hi, not sure if this is a good place for suggestions and stuff. But I was wondering. Noting as how in many leagues around the world in real life, teams have moved to making 5 subs instead of 3 and having a larger bench, would this be possible to implement in the game? Just curious to see if that is possible and what people think

Larger bench? Definitely.
More subs per game? Not sure. I am convinced it won't affect xp gain aspects, as xp is calculated per minute played, but may be significant on fitness of players. Stamina is already considered to have a low impact in the game, this might make it even worse.

May be Tegimus should look at increasing the importance of stamina first before allowing more subs to be made every game.
